Humidity dropped because the lid got bumped and wasn't on all the way. Not sure how long it was that way, but I am sure some dog chasing cat action was involved. The deli-cups helped mitigate the 'damage' though, they trap humidity for longer.

Little bit of shrinkage, PROBABLY from the drop in humidity. Hope it isn't a bad sign.
